Once the quotation is confirmed, kindly provide the final design drawings to ensure all details are up-to-date.
We will then produce a partial prototype of the model (e.g., a key structural section or facade detail) for your formal approval.

To create the most accurate scale models, we would ideally need:

- Elevations of all the buildings in CAD.

The quotation is valid for 2–3 months, provided the project specifications remain unchanged.
We hope the project is in its final state when it is submitted, but we are willing to accommodate changes.
If there are simple changes which do not require significant changes in work, then the change will be made free of charge.
However, additional charges may apply if completed work must be remade or if the alteration significantly affects production.

In the unlikely event that your scale model is damaged during transportation, we will repair the model for free.
The delivery method varies from model to model.
A more compact model can be delivered by a dedicated shipping company, which will minimize costs.
Larger projects such as display/exhibition models will be delivered by our model-making team.
