His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the U.A.E and Ruler of Dubai said that “Dubai’s major real estate projects aim to enhance the emirate’s development across sectors, and enhance its readiness for the future as part of the comprehensive growth strategy”.
He also said that “these projects represent the next phase of strategic development of infrastructure that is required for the U.A.E to meet its growth aspirations” and “help the country cement its position as a destination of choice for global investment”.

In order to present a visual overview of the Emirates Towers Business Park and to visibly explain the future transformation and development in Dubai, the assigned project management company gave RJ Models a co-operation proposal to build a model of the Emirates Towers Business Park.

The model of Emirates Towers Business Park includes two highlights:
A Contemporary and Distinctive Shaped Emirates Towers, Symbol of the City of Dubai
Emirates Towers is a prominent landmark and an iconic symbol of the city of Dubai.
It is made up of the Emirates Office Tower, standing at 354.6 m and Jumeirah Emirates Towers Hotel, standing at 305 m. The two towers are connected by a 9000 m2 shopping mall.

The building towers are built on equilateral triangles and are a representation of modern business architecture.
Yet, behind this contemporary design is the subtle integration of the Islamic culture.
Before work commenced on the model, RJ Models took into consideration the position and layout of the two towers.
The selection of quality material was discussed repeatedly, along with the best lighting solution to realistically demonstrate the effect of the desert sun radiating onto the building and the shadow that is cast by it.
The team members’ hard work finally paid off with the completion of a spectacular and contemporary international icon, The Emirates Towers.

During the build of this highlight, RJ Models teams continuously surmount the challenges encountered. The entire Business Park model is built to 1:200.

The Museum of the Future in Dubai is where tradition subverts to fulfill its motto, “See the Future, and Create the Future”.
The museum is an incubator for ideas, a driver to innovations and a must go destination for inventors and entrepreneurs from around the world.
It will also be home to the greatest inventions. The gigantic silver building structure will form an integrated environment where innovations are supported, funded and marketed, advancing Dubai into a city of the future.

A good model design team, in addition to showing an understanding and respect to the culture of a city, it must also possess the skills to innovate and integrate such understanding.

And due to the limited availability of drawings, the model designers had only the outline of the surrounding buildings to work with.
Hence, in order to fulfill the integrity of the model, the designers researched and used pictures of those buildings on the internet to copy and recreate the details of the buildings using 3D 프린팅.

The complexities met during the construction of this 4000 mm by 3200 mm model were repeatedly overcome with the perfect solution.
