Producing detailed landscape models requires carefully selected materials, precise fabrication techniques, and accurate representations of terrain and vegetation. Laser cutting can be used to produce accurate terrain layers from topographic data, complementing traditional hand-assembly and finishing techniques.

Residential Landscape Model in Dubai
RJ Models completed this luxury residential landscape model in one month, incorporating water features, lush greenery, and tropical-inspired landscaping to recreate the proposed outdoor environment.
The model features cascading waterfalls, infinity pools, and reflective artificial lakes, highlighting the development's tropical-inspired landscape design.
The model makers used epoxy resin with graduated shades of blue to reproduce realistic water effects. Handcrafted rock formations and miniature vegetation added depth and detail to the landscape.

Cyprus Hotel Landscape Model
This landscape model reflects the Mediterranean setting of Cyprus through carefully selected vegetation, including date palms, gravel pathways, and weathered rock formations.

Residential Landscape Model in Qatar
In this landscape model, the landscape design is the primary focus, while surrounding buildings are represented in simplified forms to avoid distracting from the main features.
Surrounding buildings were constructed from white PVC with minimal detailing to keep the focus on the landscape.
The pedestrian bridge, fabricated from rigid white plastic, forms a prominent focal point within the landscape model. The bridge extends into the landscaped woodland area, illustrating pedestrian routes and the relationship between the lake and surrounding greenery.
Fountains and aquatic plants were added to the artificial lake, while graduated colour tones were used to suggest variations in water depth. Tall palm trees were positioned along the waterfront to complement the landscape design.
Hotel Landscape Model
In many landscape models, buildings are represented with simplified forms so that the landscape design remains the main focus.
Unlike models that focus primarily on landscaping, this project required detailed representations of the villas as well as the surrounding landscape.
The additional architectural detailing increased the production complexity, and RJ Models completed the model in one month.
The model includes a variety of vegetation, outdoor pavilions furnished with miniature sofas and chairs, and a market area populated by miniature figures interacting with vendors.

The development features residential apartments and hotels designed to accommodate visitors, together with villas, marina facilities, and landscaped areas.
RJ Models recreated these architectural and landscape features with consistent detailing across the development.
Miniature figures were positioned on a private dock surrounded by yachts, with a large cruise ship shown offshore.
The waterfront areas are connected by pathways featuring uniformly sized wooden planks, while palm trees and beach furniture are arranged along the coastline.

The colour of the beach surface gradually darkens towards the shoreline, recreating the natural transition between dry and wet sand.

This landscape model presents a lively waterfront leisure environment, featuring a sailboat apparently pulled by a giant octopus, an offshore amusement ride, floating inflatables, and miniature surfers.
The model incorporates interior building lights, miniature streetlights, and landscape lighting to highlight both the architecture and surrounding outdoor spaces.
RJ Models photographed the completed model in daylight and against a dark backdrop to demonstrate its appearance in different presentation settings.
Miniature figures were positioned along the waterfront to depict people relaxing and socialising by the sea.
Mangrove Landscape Model
This landscape model recreates a tranquil lakeside environment, complete with miniature geese, fish, and other natural features that add realism to the scene.
