How to Produce an Architectural Model Making

Step 1. Enquiry
Firstly, to provide an accurate quotation, we require specific project details.
Please provide your model dimensions, preferred scale, and final design drawings in PDF, JPG or CAD format.
In addition, sharing reference renderings helps our team understand your desired style and detail level.
Step 2. Receiving Project Information
Once the quotation is confirmed, we need the latest documents to begin production.
This ensures our model makers follow your most recent design.
We specifically require updated CAD master plans and detailed building elevations to maintain high precision.
- Updated master plan in CAD with dimensions and range, model restricts /boundary/scope.
Buildings:
- Elevations, Plan and section of all the buildings in CAD.(if any).
- Rhino, Sketchup, 3D Max, 3D AutoCAD (if any).
- Building material sample or Panton (CU Matte)/RAL Color code.
Environment:
- Landscaping drawing with level marking.
- Landscaping drawing with material and color.
- Landscape plan with tree location.
- 3D file in Rhino, 3D Max, 3D AutoCAD, Sketch-up.
- Landscape material sample or Panton (CU Matte)/RAL Color code.
- Renderings for reference. (if any )
Color Scheme:
- Select the colored transparent glass code from the sample.
- Select the reflective glass code from the sample.
- Select the grass/turf code from the sample.
Step 3. Architectural Model Sample Preparation and Confirmation
Before full-scale production, we create detailed samples to demonstrate the final display effect.
This stage allows you to review structure details, color matches, and lighting textures firsthand.
By confirming these samples, we ensure the final model aligns perfectly with your original design philosophy.

Step 4. Model Production and Progress Report
Once production begins, our team provides professional progress photos at regular intervals.

Step 5. Model Transportation and Installation
Upon your final approval, we carefully pack and ship the miniature models to your designated global address.
