Introduction des mod\u00e8les de masse <\/strong><\/h2>\n

Massing models focus on the overall form and volume of a building rather than its structural details, materials, colors, or fa\u00e7ade.<\/p>\n

Massing model makers often use simple materials, such as wooden boards or PVC sheets, to minimize unnecessary visual distractions.<\/p>\n

Massing influences how people perceive the spaces between buildings and helps define a building’s interior spaces and exterior form.<\/p>\n

In addition to the buildings themselves, massing models often include surrounding paysages<\/a>, roads, and terrain to illustrate the overall site.<\/p>\n

The Kai Tak Development is an urban redevelopment project in Hong Kong that includes government buildings, community facilities, residential areas, and commercial districts.<\/div>\n

Our model makers used numerous tan-colored blocks to represent the surrounding neighborhoods of Kai Tak.<\/p>\n

The Kai Tak area, on the other hand, is mainly represented using translucent and brown acrylic, creating a striking contrast.<\/p>\n

Our model makers also installed a lighting system, using white LED strips to highlight the coastline and docks and warm yellow lighting to represent the road network.<\/p>\n

RJ Models’ model makers used gray and translucent materials throughout the model-making process.<\/p>\n

They selected gray acrylic blocks to represent the non-core areas and frosted translucent acrylic blocks to highlight the core area.<\/div>\n

3. Massing model for Taipei<\/h3>\n

Ce mod\u00e8le de masse repr\u00e9sente la tour Taipei 101 et ses environs.<\/p>\n

Notre constructeurs de maquettes architecturales<\/a> chose timber plates and blocks to produce the buildings in the model.<\/p>\n

Even the base is made from a thick plank of the same material. The iconic Taipei 101 building\u2019s fa\u00e7ade extends upward like a bamboo stalk. In contrast, the surrounding buildings are represented as simple rectangular blocks without additional decoration.<\/div>\n

The most eye-catching feature of this model is the detachable building at its center.<\/div>\n

4. Massing model for Shek O by Foster + Partners<\/h3>\n

Scale: 1: 100\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Size: 900 \u00d7 550 mm\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Production Time: 3 weeks<\/strong><\/p>\n

Shek O, which literally means “rocky bay” in Cantonese, is located on the southern coast of Hong Kong Island, facing the South China Sea.<\/p>\n

Thanks to its prime location and stunning views, Shek O has attracted renowned architectural firms to design luxury villas in the area.<\/p>\n

Following several successful collaborations, our client, Foster + Partners, commissioned RJ Models to create thismod\u00e8le de masse de la villa<\/a> \u00e0 nous.<\/p>\n

The villa features a distinctly modern architectural style. Our model makers used blocks with clean, straight edges to represent the main structure and its striking swimming pool.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0surrounding mountains\u00a0are full of\u00a0plants and grass.\u00a0We used contour lines to represent changes in the surrounding terrain.<\/p>\n

5. Model for Murray Road by Foster + Partners<\/h3>\n

This massing model represents the Murray Road area in Hong Kong, near the boundary between Admiralty and Central.<\/p>\n

Examples include the Bank of China Tower, designed by I. M. Pei, and the Murray Building, renovated by Foster + Partners.<\/p>\n

Our model makers prepared digital terrain data and used it to produce the model with precision, eliminating the need for additional finishing.<\/p>\n

Notre mod\u00e8le architectural<\/a> makers used a simple, clear approach to represent each building’s massing.<\/p>\n

For example, we added diamond-shaped patterns to the massing of the Bank of China Tower to replicate its distinctive glass fa\u00e7ade.<\/p>\n

6. Architecture mod\u00e8le pour Nanjing en Chine<\/h3>\n

\u00c9chelle : 1 : 200 Taille : 1100mm x 650mm D\u00e9lai de production : 20 jours<\/strong><\/p>\n

Le projet Shimao G11, con\u00e7u par Woods Bagot, RBS et Forster, est un autre nouveau point de rep\u00e8re \u00e0 Nanjing.<\/p>\n

The project consists of two high-rise office towers and a commercial podium.<\/p>\n

The podium features numerous curved elements, so our model makers combined 3D printing and laser-cutting technologies to accurately reproduce the architectural drawings.<\/p>\n

In addition, the use of timber as the primary model material presented challenges because of its rigidity and susceptibility to breakage.<\/p>\n

Reproducing the fa\u00e7ade structures of theimmeubles de bureaux <\/a>at a 1:200 scale therefore presented a challenge for our model makers.<\/p>\n

7. Mod\u00e8le de masse pour Jakarta par SOM<\/strong><\/h3>\n

This is a transit-oriented development master plan for the Indonesian capital Jakarta,\u00a0designed\u00a0by the world-renowned architectural design company, SOM.<\/p>\n

RJ Models produced the massing model of the site for SOM.<\/p>\n

Decorative elements, including the river and surrounding landscape, feature muted Morandi-inspired colors, giving the entire massing model a harmonious appearance.<\/p>\n
