Unsere Aufgabe bestand darin, die sichere Lieferung des Modells zum Wettbewerbsgel\u00e4nde sicherzustellen.<\/p>\n<p>Zaha Hadid bat RJ Models, zwei Modelle zu einem einzigen zu kombinieren. Das erste Modell misst 3500 mm x 1500 mm und das zweite Modell 2500 mm x 2500 mm.<\/p>\n<p>Nach dem Sieg von Zaha Hadid erhielt auch RJ Models eine Auszeichnung. Damit beginnt eine neue Zusammenarbeit zwischen den beiden Architekturgiganten.<\/p>\n<p>Der Rest dieses Artikels beschreibt detailliert die Zusammenarbeit der beiden Architekturgiganten. Gemeinsam meisterten sie die Herausforderungen ihres ersten Projekts und schufen ein wundersch\u00f6nes Meisterwerk.<\/p>\n<div class=\"text-center\">\n<div class=\"imgWithCaption\">\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-responsive imgBorder\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/t4002.jpg\" \/><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2>1. Die erste Zeichenphase:<\/h2>\n<p>Zaha Hadid gab ein Konzeptmodell im Verh\u00e4ltnis 1:2000 mit den Abmessungen 3500 mm x 1500 mm in Auftrag.<\/p>\n<p>Das <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rjmodels.com.hk\/de\/leitfaden-fur-architekturmodelle\/\">Architekturmodell<\/a> sollte eine Draufsicht auf den Flughafen und die allgemeine Vorstellung des Erscheinungsbilds des Flughafens bieten.<\/p>\n<p>Das n\u00e4chste Modell h\u00e4tte einen Ma\u00dfstab von 1:1600 und eine Abmessung von 2500 mm x 2500 mm und w\u00fcrde zur Demonstration der verschiedenen Zonen des Flughafens und ihrer Funktionen verwendet werden.<\/p>\n<p>Aufgrund der Zeitbeschr\u00e4nkungen stellte RJ Models, nachdem sie den endg\u00fcltigen Entwurf von Zaha Hadid mit Rhino Software erhalten hatten, sofort ein Team von zehn <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rjmodels.com.hk\/de\/architekturmodellbauer\/\">leitende Architekturmodellbauer<\/a> um die Zeichnungen zu \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen und sie f\u00fcr die Aufteilung des Flughafens in seine verschiedenen Komponenten neu zu verwenden.<\/p>\n<p>Dieser Reorganisationsprozess w\u00fcrde einen reibungslosen Produktionsablauf gew\u00e4hrleisten und daf\u00fcr sorgen, dass das Projekt innerhalb des vorgeschriebenen Zeitrahmens abgeschlossen wird.<\/p>\n<div class=\"text-center\">\n<div class=\"imgWithCaption\">\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-responsive imgBorder\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/t4001.jpg\" alt=\"Modell T4 des internationalen Flughafens Peking, entworfen von Zaha Hadid\" \/><\/div>\n<p class=\"imgCaption\">Modell des internationalen Flughafens Daxing in Peking mit Zaha Hadids Prozess und Herausforderungen.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2>2. Panel (Bauteilfertigung):<\/h2>\n<p>W\u00e4hrend des Neuzeichnens <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rjmodels.com.hk\/de\/architekturmodellbauer-in-china\/\">Architekturmodellbauer in China<\/a> musste eine M\u00f6glichkeit entwickelt werden, das Modell auf das 600- bis 1200-Fache zu verkleinern und dabei die Integrit\u00e4t der Kr\u00fcmmung der Au\u00dfenw\u00e4nde zu bewahren.<\/p>\n<p>RJ Models nutzte mehrere CNC-Maschinen, um die verschiedenen Teile f\u00fcr die Montage schnell zu schnitzen und herzustellen. Dies gew\u00e4hrleistet eine pr\u00e4zise Einhaltung des Flusses innerhalb der Wandkurve.<\/p>\n<p>Vor dem Zusammenbau der Teile polierten die leitenden Mitarbeiter der Modellierungsabteilung jedes einzelne Teil. Dadurch wurde der n\u00f6tige Glanz erreicht, um das Flair des Designs hervorzuheben.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr speziellere Teile wie das gew\u00f6lbte Oberlicht verwendeten wir <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rjmodels.com.hk\/de\/3d-gedruckter-architekturmodell-service\/\">3D-gedrucktes Architekturmodell<\/a>\u00a0Technologie, um diese Teile f\u00fcr die Endmontage vorzubereiten.<\/p>\n<p>Wir sammelten die Teile ein und lie\u00dfen 30 verschiedene Arbeiter \u00dcberstunden machen, um die Teile zusammenzusetzen und die Verbindungen zu verst\u00e4rken. Auf diese Weise konnte das Modell sicher und innerhalb des gew\u00fcnschten Zeitrahmens geliefert werden.<\/p>\n<div class=\"text-center\">\n<div class=\"imgWithCaption\">\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-responsive imgBorder\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/t4004.jpg\" \/><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2>3. Modellmalerei:<\/h2>\n<p>Der wichtigste Teil des Modells war das Aussehen des Flughafens von au\u00dfen. Zaha Hadids Entwurf wirkte \u201eultramodern\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>Wir haben die Au\u00dfenseite des Musters bespr\u00fcht, um das metallische Gef\u00fchl von Zaha Hadids Design zu zeigen.<\/p>\n<div class=\"text-center\">\n<div class=\"imgWithCaption\">\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-responsive imgBorder\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/t4005.jpg\" \/><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2>4. Die Beleuchtung des Modells:<\/h2>\n<p>Durch das Hinzuf\u00fcgen von Lichtern zum Modell fiel nicht nur das Gesamtmodell auf, sondern beeindruckte auch die Wettbewerbsjury.<\/p>\n<p>RJ Models verwendete hierf\u00fcr f\u00fcnf verschiedene Beleuchtungst\u00f6ne am Modell, um die Bereiche und Funktionen des Flughafens zu demonstrieren.<\/p>\n<p>Beispielsweise hatten Ankunft und Abfahrt unterschiedliche Farben.<\/p>\n<p>Dar\u00fcber hinaus wurde der Lichtregler in Reichweite eines Moderators platziert, um ihn bei der Pr\u00e4sentation des Modells zu unterst\u00fctzen.<\/p>\n<p>Dadurch konnten den Juroren die verschiedenen Merkmale der Flugh\u00e4fen und die Themen, die hinter jedem einzelnen stehen, effektiv vermittelt werden.<\/p>\n<div class=\"text-center\">\n<div class=\"imgWithCaption\">\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-responsive imgBorder\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/t4006.jpg\" \/><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2>5. Verpackung und Lieferung:<\/h2>\n<p>Um einen sicheren und schnellen Transport von Shenzhen nach Peking zu gew\u00e4hrleisten, fertigte unsere erfahrene Verpackungsabteilung mit gr\u00f6\u00dfter Sorgfalt einen Spezialkarton an. Zus\u00e4tzlich setzten wir drei verschiedene LKW-Fahrer im Schichtdienst ein, um die Auslieferung des Modells innerhalb eines engen 24-Stunden-Zeitrahmens sicherzustellen.<\/p>\n<p>Daher w\u00fcrden sie sich mit f\u00fcnf Mitgliedern der Bauabteilung treffen, um die Installation des Flughafenmodells abzuschlie\u00dfen.<\/p>\n<div class=\"text-center\">\n<div class=\"imgWithCaption\">\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-responsive imgBorder\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/t4007.jpg\" \/><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Als das Testteam von Zaha Zeuge der bemerkenswerten Geschwindigkeit und der au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlichen Qualit\u00e4t der Modellproduktion wurde, \u00e4u\u00dferte es seine gr\u00f6\u00dfte Zufriedenheit.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00fcckblickend war dieses Projekt sowohl eine Herausforderung als auch eine enorme pers\u00f6nliche Befriedigung.<\/p>\n<p>Der Siegerentwurf von Zaha wurde offiziell als neues Flughafenterminal T1 im Pekinger Bezirk Da Xing ausgew\u00e4hlt.<\/p>\n<div class=\"text-center\">\n<div class=\"imgWithCaption\">\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-responsive imgBorder\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/t4008.jpg\" alt=\"Flughafen Peking\" \/><\/div>\n<p class=\"imgCaption\">Flughafen Peking<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Laut Zahas Unternehmenspartner ADPI wird dieser Flughafen dazu beitragen, den bestehenden Beijing Capital Airport zu entlasten.
