This is yet another product of the everlasting collaboration between RJ Models with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rjmodels.com.hk\/de\/bester-architekturmodellbauer\/\">3DR Modelle<\/a> and Foster + Parnters.<\/p>\r\n<p>The scale of the model is 1:200 and the dimensions are 2000 mm x 12200 mm.<\/p>\r\n<p>This model uses two tones of wood.<\/p>\r\n<p>We chose a darker color for the building and a lighter color for the base. The model of the adjoining area is to show how the building relates to its surroundings.<\/p>\r\n<p>The building itself is so detailed that it takes the center stage in the whole model.<\/p>\r\n<p>The building uses integrated lighting, which focuses on its fenestration and see-through quality. It also gives a real feel for how it will bring light to the surrounding areas at night.<\/p>\r\n<p>The model also has some landscaping to depict the reality in its truest form. This makes the image of the buildings more diverse and more in line with people&#8217;s perception of this region.<\/p>\r\n<p>The simplified facade of the building gives viewers a sense of the future.<\/p>\r\n<p>RJ Models experts make the landscape with green and water area with blue to give a real-life feel of that district. Au\u00dferdem besteht eine bequeme Anbindung an die KTM-Pendlerstation sowie die LRT- und MRT-Station.<\/p>\r\n<p>Auch die Lage des Komplexes ist wichtig, da er nur wenige Gehminuten von der LRT-Station Pasar Seni entfernt ist.<\/p>\r\n<p>RJ Models hat diesen Gewerbekomplex aus Balsaholz als ma\u00dfstabsgetreues Modell gebaut.<\/p>\r\n<p>Die Gesamtstruktur des Modells wurde modelliert und in Form geschnitten. Das Modell umfasst die Bucht und die umgebende Landschaft im gigantischen Ma\u00dfstab 1:2000.<\/p>\r\n<p>Modellbauer gestalten die Holzoberfl\u00e4che, indem sie L\u00f6cher und Konturen schneiden, um die Wasserfl\u00e4chen zu formen. Die Oberfl\u00e4che ist au\u00dferdem mit Stra\u00dfen und Wegen der Stadt versehen. Die blaue Oberfl\u00e4che dient als Darstellung des Wassers im Modell.<\/p>\r\n<p>Nachdem die Holzoberfl\u00e4che auf dem Sockel befestigt war, betteten die Modellbauer die Wahrzeichen und andere allgemeine Strukturen ein. Details wie Geb\u00e4ude, H\u00e4user, Infrastruktur und B\u00e4ume wurden angelegt und auf der Oberfl\u00e4che platziert.
